When is the last time you had a heart to heart… with your heart.
We have found that many of us are not in mind and heart coherence. The heart want one thing and the mind, another. Over the years we endure countless circumstances that are, well, less than positive or even traumatizing. So we subconsciously build survival strategies and protection mechanisms to reduce our risk and avoid pain. These “walls” that we build may be helpful in the moment but, create more suffering in the long term.
We will be dividing into the heart to explore ourselves on a deeper level. Figure out if our old subconscious strategies are still necessary and maybe even heal some of those old wounds, so that we can more easily express and receive love in all of its various forms and live a more fulfilling life!
